How Much Marijuana Can I Order at Mountain Annie’s Dispensary in Cortez?
Our Cortez Recreational Dispensary must abide by Colorado Cannabis Laws. Therefore, all purchases, whether placed online or in-person, must stay within the state legal limits.
Per Colorado state law, recreational marijuana consumers may purchase 1 ounce of flower, 800 milligrams of edibles, or 8 grams of concentrate per day. These daily limits apply even if you make multiple marijuana purchases. Over Purchasing can result in fines issued by the state of Colorado, with a minimum charge of $100.
When you shop online, our ordering system will limit your cart to the state’s daily limits. If you decide to come into the store instead, our budtenders can help you determine how many items you can purchase before you will hit the state’s limitations.

Can I schedule a pickup time for my order?
You can pick up your order anytime during our store hours on the day you place your order. Any orders not picked up by the close of business are placed back on the shelf.
What identification is required for pickup or delivery?
You will need a valid photo ID with your name and age clearly displayed.

Can I order products for someone else?
No, we can only provide an online order to the person who placed the order, per Colorado state law. We verify with valid photo identification that matches the name on the order at the time of pickup.
